Hi! I'm Chef Ali, aka Galley Ali, as I got my nickname private cheffing aboard private luxury super yachts and estates worldwide. My cooking styles and techniques have been acquired through my decades of travels. I obtained my Red Seal Chef Certificate at the age of 21, have lived in various different countries, with my top 3 being Greece, Bahamas, and Italy. I love creating bold, colourful, decadent dishes, but also have a strong interest in the nutritional health aspect, combining my skills to optimize the most out of the ingredients I transform. My styles range from casual backyard BBQ's, to opulent 8 course tasting menus. I entice my clients to personalize their experiences, with an option to fully control and design their own dream meal menu, but always love to offer my repertoire of most requested meals & dishes, combined with seasonal & local ingredient opportunity.
